We are thrilled to celebrate Tracy Baker on receiving the Community Impact Award (Individual) at the Brandon Chamber of Commerce 142nd Business Achievement Awards Gala on May 1st, 2025!

The Community Impact Award recognizes an individual or business for outstanding effort and commitment to community through meaningful contributions to the well being and quality of life in Westman.

The evening’s awards kicked off with a well-deserved spotlight on Tracy, founder of the Professional Networking Group for Women, in recognition of her outstanding work creating inclusive and empowering spaces for women in business to connect, grow, and thrive. The PNGW Group meets on a monthly basis over lunch and is educated on the topic of choice presented by one of the group members or guest speaker. On top of over 25 years of community work, Tracy also strives to create a new experience for women in her career as a Certified Financial Planner with Robinson Cancade Private Wealth to ensure their goals are realized and they feel empowered in their overall financial life.

Women of Westman Conference 2025: Empowering Women Together

On March 5th, 2025, the Annual Women of Westman Conference brought together an incredible community of women for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and empowerment. This year’s theme, “Empower Her”, encouraged us all to lift up the women around us in our workplaces, communities, and beyond.

We were honored to be part of such a meaningful event, where attendees had the opportunity to engage in insightful workshops and hear from local leaders. The keynote speaker, Stephanie Staples, brought her expertise in psychosocial wellness and motivation, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.

At RCPW, we were proud to sponsor the event and contribute to the success of the day. Our booth at the entrance provided a welcoming space to connect with attendees, while the tent cards at each table added a personal touch to the event’s atmosphere. We were also pleased to have our logo featured on over 300 Empowerment Bags, collected by attendees as a keepsake from the event.

We’re grateful for the chance to support such a well-organized and impactful event once again and look forward to continuing to empower and support the women in our community. Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who attended — your energy and passion made this event truly special.
